In celebration of the warm weather that has finally arrived, I’ve decided to have a “Garden Seed Giveaway”.  The winner will receive a package in the mail containing 10 packets of seeds.

The winner will have the choice of:

1. Perennial Package

2. Annual Package

3. Herbs and Veggies Package

4. Variety Package- containing perennials, annuals, herbs and veggies.

I will include germination and plant care instructions along with the seeds.    The seeds have been saved from my own organically grown plants.  You can get an idea of what I have if you visit my Etsy shop but I will also be pulling some of the seeds from my own secret stash.  🙂

The ‘rules’ are simple.   Just comment below and tell what your favorite plant  is and let me know how you found my blog.  I will chose a winner on May 21 by using a random number generator from Random.org.  Check back here on May 22 for the winner!

I think you were one of the first blogs I read and I found you through WordPress. Was it the lemon bar recipe… hmm. Picking one plant is tough, but I guess I’ll go with rosemary. It’s survived multiple assaults from my dog and is bigger than the bushes in my frontyard.

I found you through WordPress. My life has never been the same.

I loves me some flowers, and inherited large gardens when we bought the Cat Farm. I have many favourites – any gardener would! I especially love forget-me-nots. Pretty and unassuming. Grow pretty much everywhere and spread like mad! (Like me.)

I also found you through WordPress.

I couldn’t possibly pick a single favorite – there are so many lovely plants in the world! But my favorite in my garden, so far at least, is the tangelo tree which we inherited from the previous owners of this house. It’s huge and prolific and gave us hundreds of pounds of tangelos a mere month after we moved in! 🙂

Hm, can I pick a few? I love strawberry plants, of course because they grow those yummy fruits but I also find the leaves fascinating. Another fave is sweet peas, the smell is just so amazing and brings back good memories from my childhood.
